About Me

I'm Ryan, a 22-year-old student at the University of Exeter, currently in my fourth year of studying History and International Relations. I've also just come back from an exchange year at Leiden University in The Netherlands.

After spending a year as the International Editor for my university newspaper, Exeposé, I wanted to use the experience I had accrued to further develop my skills as a journalist and try my hand at something a bit different...

Through this blog, I originally wanted to hone my writing skills and produce pieces that could be engaging and insightful. Articles that could be read as if I were able to speak to the reader and explain it myself. 

 

Now, hopefully, I can also highlight some important issues from around the world!
